The biggest surprise to me was that many entrepreneurs are faced with many ethical decisions, especially during the early stages of their new ventures.
One part that confused me was trying to find the different between "radical innovation" and "incremental innovation". I understand that radical and incremental aren't similar terms, but I cannot tell the difference in examples that they've listed for both.

If I could ask the author two questions, I'd as: How do informal meetings help create and innovative environment? How do you go about in creating an innovation team?
There was nothing that I disagreed with because all of the information was relatively novel for me.
