1. The biggest surprise to me was that borrowers actually earn less than $2 a day to live on.
2. One part that was confusing to me was that microfinance institutions are nonprofit. Confused because I thought it was government run.
3. If I could ask the author two questions , I'd ask: If many companies say they protect their customers interests, what actions do they take to maintain them to become loyal? Does microfinance exponentially aid impoverished, developing countries?
4. There was nothing I disagreed on because it was relatively all new information.
